Gift Vouchers

Vouchers can be redeemed against products or services at The Darkroom UK Ltd, Cheltenham and are valid for 12 months from date of issue. It may not be used in addition to any other promotions or discounts offered by the company.

On completion of your purchase you will receive three confirmation emails: from WorldPay; from our provider, FastCart and from the laboratory with your voucher. These will quote your unique reference number eg Transaction ID:1234567890 and will appear on the voucher we post to the delivery address you choose. Please note that we use Royal Mail for posting.

The voucher can be redeemed online, by post or in person by presenting this voucher or its unique reference number but advise us for online redemptions in advance because we need to handle the transaction manually.
