1. A copy of WorldPay receipt that is emailed to you after payment: this proves payment at our mail desk and avoids delays in dealing with your order.

2. Don't forget to add any special processing instructions with your film, negs or files eg.

- Prints Gloss or Matt, with or without borders

- If speed changes have been made to film exposures: Push or Pull process

- Any other important notes

3. Use a 'MAILITE' jiffy bag for sending your films to us - the sort that have a bubblewrap liner
